On May 6, six 4-person relay teams and 2 solos represented BMA Brute Squad in the 18 Hours of Fruita race at Highline State Park. Starting under a spectacular full moon, and finishing on a lovely spring evening 18 hours later, those eight teams completed a total of 183 laps of the course, for a total of 1372 miles!
Congrats to all the Brutes for a great performance, and to kudos Rhiannon Brey, Sarah Trimmer, Tammi Spring, and Lindsay Boyle for representing BMA on the podium with a 3rd place finish in the women’s division!
