Coaching, mentorship and support for female riders!

FLOW RIDERS
RACE TEAM

Flow Riders Race Team

Born from a shared love of nature, health, bikes, and a sprinkle of Star Wars, our team is on a mission to empower women in the exhilarating world of downhill mountain biking. Led by Kelsey, a trailblazer in male-dominated sports, our journey began with a desire to challenge norms and pave the way for more female athletes to thrive on the trails. Our team provides coaching, mentorship, and support to prepare women for races, boost confidence and skills, and enhance access to the world of amateur DH racing.
