BMA Trails Program Director Mike Rutter, alongside Colorado Mountain Bike Association (COMBA) volunteers, spent nearly 2 months getting the middle section of Fast Money at Maryland Mountain perfectly tuned! Fast Money starts at the same saddle near the summit of Maryland Mountain as Hard Money and is over a mile long of bike-only downhill flowy-goodness. Where Hard Money is rowdy and chunky with steep berms, Fast Money is smooth and flowy. It’s great for intermediate riders but also has plenty of features and side-hits that advanced riders will enjoy.
Construction on the final segment of Fast Money from Paymaster to Quartz Valley trail started at the beginning of October and we hope to have the full trail open by the end of 2021.
