Advisory boards and commissions provide recommendations to our elected officials and give residents the opportunity to have their voices heard within Boulder government. Serving as a volunteer on an advisory committee is one of the best ways to have your voice and concerns heard on open space issues and decisions. We have two advisory boards in Boulder, one for the City and one for the County. They operate very similarly with monthly meetings to hear updates from staff and to pass recommendations to elected officials.
