BMA group rides, parties and other social events are canceled or postponed until such time as these group activities are deemed safe again.
We understand that there are many uncertainties with the economy right now; even chipping in as little as $5 a month can make a difference for our trails. The COVID-19 situation and subsequent Safer at Home order is not something to be taken lightly. Getting exercise and getting outside is extremely important for our wellbeing and mental health, but we must keep open spaces safe and uncrowded.
The Canyon Trail is closed from mile marker 40 to Fourmile Canyon Drive, there is no westbound cycling access through this part of Boulder Canyon.
Local fifteen-year-old Gabriel Schmid is spearheading an effort to save the Left Hand Creek Park bike jump trail from destruction.
